LISTEN NOW ABOVE
We’re back! And we’re continuing to talk about going on the Big Trip (as Big as you wanna make it). Our discussion this week talks about preparing. How much is too much? How much is too little? One example that caught our eye is this video of Rick Peterson and his prepped-out GS1200 that was posted to ADV. Quite simply, we’re kinda of in awe of just how much stuff he can squeeze on there. But we also wonder, did he need it? A lot of people didn’t think he did and said so. Some of them said it in kind of hostile ways. Why the hate? We talk about that, too. Cuz, that’s what we do. Check out the video below and join our discussion. Listen to what we have to say and send us your thoughts about it. What’s your take?

Then, we talk about eating. Which, like camping, we have a lot to say about when it comes to cooking on the road. Here’s the EZ-GRILL that Chuck talks about wanting to try. Let him know if you’ve used it and if it’s a waste of his time or not. Todd is a bit dubious. And because Chuck can’t leave well enough alone, he also trots out this wondrous little gadget. Todd is even more dubious. Instead of cooking, we talk about eating along the way and what we look for in a place before we drag our dirtbag butts in and demand burgers.

Canada is west of New England! WTF? That’s it, not only did you lose your listener from Kansas, you lost your listener from (eastern)Canada! Not really.
Todd does that to people…
Well you could travel east, strictly speaking, but you’d get wet.
Well, North east?
Where I come from, y’all are northeast.

Really liking the shows and digging the content.
I like the fact that you 2 sound the same as when I get together with my riding buddies. Busting balls and generally poking fun at one another.
BTW, Todd, you remind me of Chris Hardwick from The Nerdest Podcast, and that’s a complement.
Keep up the great work.
Thanks! Glad you enjoy the show. We got two Canadian listeners now. That’s pretty cool.
And both from HFX, both dual sport riders too. Funny that.
Oh, and the guy that sent me the link, he’s from HFX too.
So 3 of your (now) 20 listeners are all from the same town!
