No clip show this week, it’s the real deal. And we have a very cool guest on, David Hough! He’s a very interesting guy to have on. So much so that this is the first <b>TWO-PARTER</b> we’ve done. Yup, we got two weeks of David Hough coming. In this one, David scares the crap outta the guys and makes us consider taking up other hobbies. Like knitting. Or handling radioactive materials. You know, something safe and not crazy like this motorcycling garbage! I imagine next week he’ll be telling us something about how the world is doomed or maybe my 401K is tanked.
Oh wait… that already happened. Never mind. Carry on!
Speaking of dirty unpaid gobs talking on the internet, don’t forget about our official Wheelnerds Disorganized Unpaid Correspondent Program. Basically, we want to hear some stuff from you! We’ll throw it on the air and talk about it, too. That’s right, you can be the first on your block to be openly mocked by the Wheelnerds. Todd, I have to point out something geeky – you keep using the F=MA thing. I think what you REALLY mean is KE=1/2mv2 (squared, too lazy to find the superscript 2 alt code). More appropriate, n’est pas?

David Hough pointed me towards your excellent site after a long and productive series of emails about rider training and safety, especially older guys like me (64). It was David’s persuasive arguments which made me swallow a whole lot of ego and take the renowned UK-originated Institute of Advanced Motoring course. Riders are trained to UK police standard and it took 8 months of stress and ego damage to pass despite having ridden for 40 years. Now training as an Instructor to keep myself up to scratch. I owe David a huge amount, probably my life. Now trying to do the same thing for others.
