This week, we’re joined by Bob Wark, one-man sidecar builder. He talks a bit about Todd’s continuing quest to find a pusher for his new sidecar that doesn’t involve cannibalizing Chuck’s Buell. Speaking of, Chuck gets to test-ride some fast bikes and Todd talks about teaching his first MSF class of the season.

- The Sofa King Podcast – Go give them a listen. It’s a funny take on pop culture and technology. As a personal favor, write them a long angry email defending Scientology and how offended you are over their show on it. Then end it with “P.S. Love and kisses, the Wheelnerds.”
We have on Bob Wark, of the Warkshop (which my spell-checker is having a fit over). He’s a one-man sidecar build and sales shop. Apparently, he used to paint, too, but he’s retired from that. The man’s got an awesome perspective on the sidecar industry and has a lot of interesting stories. Liberally stealing from his website:
Motorcycle sidecars for sale and installation. Sales of Sidecars and install kits are also my speciality. Proper sidecar mounting and alignment are high priorities here. 20 years experience in this work. After over 40 years i’ve decided to retire from bike painting, sorry. My name is Bob Wark and I love motorcycles, some might say too much! I am proud of my work and customer service is a priority. The Warkshop is a no B.S. zone. I do all of the work myself, from start to finish, phone work to floor sweeping to website admin. References are available on request.
Want to hear yourself on our show? Ridden a bike (like your own) and got an opinion? Got a cool piece of gear or farkle? Got a story? Know some jokes? Record an MP3 (or whatever) and email it to us at wheelnerds@gmail.com. We’ll throw it on the air and talk about it, too. That’s right, you can be the first on your block to be openly mocked by the Wheelnerds.
Or call our voicemail: (801) 917-4136
Or, leave us a voicemail via Skype! Our skype ID is wheelnerds.
Just go ahead, call, and leave us your story there! (We still read your emails, too, and will answer them on the show). If you got something really cool, shoot us a line and maybe we’ll talk to you live, too.
